By using Deltarune Prophecy Maker, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

The service is a free, browser-based creative tool for assembling still and animated prophecy-style panels. It is provided on an “as available” basis. Features may change, become unavailable, or be discontinued without guaranteeing continued access to locally stored drafts.

Your images and text

You retain whatever rights you already hold in the images, text, and other material you use. You must have the rights or permission needed to use that material. Do not use the service to create or share content that is unlawful, abusive, deceptive, privacy-invasive, or infringing.

The editor does not claim ownership of your source files or exports. Because processing occurs locally, you are responsible for backing up any result you want to keep.

Fan works and third-party rights

This is an unofficial fan-made tool. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Toby Fox or the DELTARUNE team. DELTARUNE and related game names, characters, artwork, music, and marks belong to their respective rights holders. Read the Fan Content Notice before publishing or monetizing a result.

Acceptable use

You may not:

• Attempt to disrupt, overload, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the website or its infrastructure.
• Use the service to violate law or another person's intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
• Misrepresent an output or this website as official DELTARUNE material.
• Use automated access in a way that materially interferes with normal use of the service.

No warranty

The service and its outputs are provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. Browser support, export quality, and locally stored drafts may vary by device.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of the service, lost drafts, failed exports, or content you create or share. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after the revised terms are posted means you accept the updated terms.
